From $185/night for home (2 people) or from $235/night for home and one additional studio room (4 people)

The Studios of Abiquiú Lake:

By booking one of our vacation home rentals, you agree to the following policies:
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping permitted in the home. If you smoke outside, all cigarette butts must be collected and discarded.
No boat or RV parking on the property. Contact owner to discuss boat parking in the water.
All events and parties must be preapproved with the owner.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm. We can sometimes accommodate an early check-in if no one is checking out on the day of your arrival. Please email us in advance to inquire.
Check-out is any time before 10:30 am.
COVID-19 Cancellation Flexibility
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have instituted the following changes to our cancellation policies.
For reservations made before March 16, 2020:
Your reservation may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival, and your refund will be in the form of a cancellation gift certificate.
For reservations made after March 16, 2020:
Reservations for stays through August 1, 2020 may be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 15 days before your scheduled arrival, and your refund will be in the form of a gift certificate.
Cancellation gift certificates can be used without restrictions for future stays at any of our properties and expire in 12 months. Cancellation gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you have concerns about traveling, we recommend you purchase Cancel For Any Reason trip insurance, available at check-out from a third-party provider.
Standard Cancellation Policy
As a small business we require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We encourage all renters to purchase traveler’s insurance as we are not able to provide refunds due to health issues, weather, road conditions or travel delays.
The homeowner will provide a cancellation refund as follows:
There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations, used to offset our processing fees for the booking
Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before check in): 75% of rental amount refunded
Late cancellations (between 60 days and 45 days prior to check in): 50% of rental amount refunded
No refunds can be given for cancellations within 45 days of your check-in date. We will attempt to re-book your dates, and if we are able to do so at full price, we will refund your payments minus the $50 cancellation fee
