The Casita del Lago:  
From $299/night for up to four people

Abiquiu Lake Mesa:
From $279/night for home

The Grand Hacienda Bed and Breakfast
From $449/night

$65 daily Resort Fee (covers cleaning fees, COVID sanitation fees, Hot Tub maintenance, lake access fees, parking, outdoor firewood, WiFi, cable TV, coffee and tea, bocce ball, jenga, and more.)

Policies

By booking one of our vacation home rentals, you agree to the following policies:

  • To pay by Zelle, select "check" at check-out.

  • Pets will be considered in Abiquiu Lake Mesa, The Casita del lago and the Studios. Breed/size restrictions apply. Pets cannot be left alone in the home. There is a $35 pet fee.

  • No smoking or vaping permitted in the home. If you smoke outside, all cigarette butts must be collected and discarded.

  • No boat or RV parking on the property. Contact owner to discuss boat parking in the water.

  • The space is not appropriate for parties, events, loud music/noise, undisclosed guests, etc. All events and parties must be preapproved with the owner.

  • Check-in is anytime after 4pm. 

  • Check-out is any time before 10:00 am.

  • Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.

  • A two-night minimum stay is required for all weekend stays (Fridays and Saturdays must be booked together). An exception to the minimum stay requirement may be made upon request if you contact us at 575.425.0663 within 48 hours of arrival and if rooms are available.​

  • Only the people listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property. If additional people join your group, everyone will be evicted with no refunds.

  • Please respect our neighbors and keep your hikes and exploration confined to our 42 acres.

 

Cancellation Policy​

  • There is a cancellation or change fee of either 10% or $100, whichever is higher, for all cancellations and changes. This fee is used to offset processing fees that we incur for the reservation, even if you cancel.
     

  • Early cancellations (greater than 60 days prior to check-in date): 100% of rental amount refunded less the cancellation fee.
     

  • Late cancellations (60 days or less prior to check-in date): no refunds can be given for cancellations or changes 60 days or less prior to your check-in date. We will attempt to re-book your dates, and if we are able to do so at full price, we will refund your payments minus the cancellation fee.
     

  • Changes to your reservation outside of the 60 day prior to check-in period can be accommodated with a full credit applied to a future stay within twelve months, less the cancellation/change fee.
     

  • Changes to your reservation 60 to 30 days before your check-in date can be made with a 50% credit applied to your new dates within twelve months, less the change/cancellation fee.
     

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change reservations or provide credits 30 days or less before your check-in date. We highly recommend trip insurance for these situations.
     

  • Although we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable, we can not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, missed or cancelled flights, pandemics, force majeure, etc. We highly encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans, including illness and/or Covid exposure. You can purchase trip insurance through a third party when you check out.
     

  • Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged automatically for the entire stay without further notification. Please note that no refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations. ​
