By booking one of our vacation home rentals, you agree to the following policies:
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping permitted in the home. If you smoke outside, all cigarette butts must be collected and discarded.
No boat or RV parking on the property. Contact owner to discuss boat parking in the water.
All events and parties must be preapproved with the owner.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm.
Check-out is any time before 10:30 am.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
We offer a Cancel for Any Reason insurance policy through a third party at checkout. Travel insurance is used to protect your trip in the event of cancellation, or you can self-insure by taking on the risk yourself. As a small business owner, it is very difficult for us to personally assume the risk with your cancellations.
The homeowner will provide a cancellation and change policy as follows:
There is a cancellation or change fee of either 10% or $100, whichever is higher, for all cancellations and changes. This fee is used to offset processing fees that we incur for the reservation, even if you cancel.
Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before check-in): 100% of rental amount refunded less the cancellation fee.
Late cancellations: no refunds can be given for cancellations or changes 60 days or less prior to your check-in date. We will attempt to re-book your dates, and if we are able to do so at full price, we will refund your payments minus the cancellation fee.
Changes to your reservation outside of the 60 day check-in period can be accommodated with no fee.
Changes to your reservation within the 60 day check-in period can be made with a 50% credit applied to your new dates. If we are able to rebook your original dates, a full credit less the change fee will be applied.
Although we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable, we can not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, missed or cancelled flights, pandemics, force majeure, etc. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans, including illness and/or Covid exposure.
Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged automatically for the entire stay without further notification. Please note that no refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.
