The Studios of Abiquiú Lake:
From $99/night (2 people), $35 Cleaning Fee
The Grand Hacienda Bed and Breakfast

By booking one of our vacation home rentals, you agree to the following policies:
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping permitted in the home. If you smoke outside, all cigarette butts must be collected and discarded.
No boat or RV parking on the property. Contact owner to discuss boat parking in the water.
All events and parties must be preapproved with the owner.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm.
Check-out is any time before 10:30 am.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION FLEXIBILITY
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have instituted the following changes to our cancellation policies for those guests who booked directly with us. If you booked through a third party (VRBO, AirBNB, Expedia, Booking, etc.) you must adhere to their published cancellation policies - we apologize for this but we are only able to provide cancellation flexibility for reservations made through us directly.
For reservations made before March 16, 2020:
Your reservation may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival, and your refund will be in the form of your original payment for reservations through August, 2020, or a cancellation gift certificate for reservations beginning September, 2020.
For reservations made after March 16, 2020:
Reservations for stays through November 1, 2020 may be changed up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival, and your refund will be in the form of a gift certificate.
Cancellation gift certificates can be used without restrictions for future stays at any of our properties and expire in 12 months. Cancellation gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or gifted to another party.
If you have concerns about traveling, we recommend you purchase Cancel For Any Reason trip insurance, available at check-out from a third-party provider.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business, we are significantly affected by cancellations and must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Although we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable, we do not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to delayed arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, medical or family emergencies, work conflicts, missed or cancelled flights, pandemics, force majeure, etc. We highly encourage guests to consider purchasing trip insurance in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans. We offer a Cancel for Any Reason insurance through a third party at checkout. Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged automatically for the entire stay without further notification.
Please note that no refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or weather-related cancellations.
The homeowner will provide a cancellation refund as follows:
There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations, used to offset processing fees for the booking
Early cancellations (greater than 60 days before check in): 75% of rental amount refunded, less the $50 cancellation fee
Late cancellations (between 60 days and 45 days prior to check in): 50% of rental amount refunded, less the cancellation fee
No refunds can be given for cancellations within 45 days of your check-in date. We will attempt to re-book your dates, and if we are able to do so at full price, we will refund your payments minus the $50 cancellation fee
